8.4/10 Very good! (643 reviews)
Very small but comfortable room for one. Ti y shower makes turning round inside difficult. No bar soap. Breakfast was often not kept tidy or stocked. Coffee maker apparently broken, coffee not good - watery. Charged 6 Euro for a can of Perrier water ( no indication of cost provided ahead of time). Receptionist playing loud soap
Opera program during breakfast. Little contact from staff. Housekeeping effective and professional. Location is superb for Metro and walking to key sites.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,606 reviews)
"The room is hilariously small, I paid the same amount for a much better location a few days later. But the worst part is there's no water in the room, they said you can come to the lobby and fill up water, but bringing it back up was such a pain and I just thought the whole experience was far too ..."
