Rough start to a smooth stay.

Except for check-in, when the reception clerk was unable at first to find our reservation, our stay was fine. Another clerk quickly stepped in, discovered the error, and took care of us very well. After that, all went smoothly.

Het hotel is prachtig, vriendelijke mensen. MAAR ..... Alhoewel de kamer mooi en netjes is, HEB IK NOG GEEN 2 UURTJES GESLAPEN! Dat kwam door een enorme koelinstallatie buitten net onder mijn kamer. Welke een geluid maakte van een continu doordenderende stoomtrein. Belachelijk dat ze deze kamers verhuren en dan nog voor zo'n prijs

Nice property close to town but in a quiet area. Check in lady was poor but other staff average. Good wine store off the lobby. Breakfast was decent. They have a peacock that comes around outside!!

Serviço muito profissional logo desde a reserva. Tenho familiares com intolerâncias alimentares, que foram comunicadas e sempre houve soluções à disposição. A abundância e qualidade das refeições, e a simpatia dos colaboradores tornaram as refeições bastante agradáveis. As actividades lúdicas, embora sujeitas a restrições próprias do Covid, são abrangentes e proporcionam bem estar. Ideal para uma escapadinha com a família. The property is a wonderful resort, a short drive to the unique town of Evora. Enjoyed using as my base and using the pool and facilities My only complaint was that the first room we were assigned smelled like s!&t and the staff believed that a spray of heavy deodorant would solve the problem. Staff could use a little retraining.

Banheiro fedido

O hotel é antigo, porém uma boa estrutura. Pessoal gentil mas o banheiro do quarto fedia muito, tornando impossivel manter a porta averta. Reclamamos e veio uma funcionária limpar, nas 15 minutos depois o cheiro de esgoto voltou. Só ficamos porque a estadia já estava paga e era só um dia. Usamos o banheiro só paea uma ducha rapida e para o resto usacamos o banheiro da recepção. Não voltaria jamais!!! Isso é problema de encanamento e esgoto.

Ótimo hotel. Ótimo pequeno almoço, staff agadável.

Ótimo café da manhã, ótima piscina. Próximo à cidade de Évora (de carro). Adoramos nossa estadia. Achamos estranho a cobrança de 6 euros para utilizar uma mesa de bilhar por 30 minutos. Me pareceu exagerado.
