Staff were always very helpful and kind to bring snacks to room during the mornings and make our stay very enjoyable. Rooms were really clean as well housekeeping really pays attention to detail.

The room was fine for a few days, although a little small with not much storage space. Bed was comfortable and our room had a nice view of the mountains and the beautiful sunset. The major room drawback was the roller blind, which was torn and off its track. The hotel has a few restaurants on site and we enjoyed both we went to. Small pool on the roof was a great addition! Location wise, it’s in a bit of a dead zone but livelier areas are a few minutes drive away.

I booked this hotel at the last minute. It was very clean on the inside. My highlight was that there are many sitting areas for the guests to enjoy. Friendly staff. I will be booking there again. Thanks

We stay there a few times a year. We love the views, the breakfast, the rooftop pool and spa in the snow, the people are great, location could not be better.

Unusual experience with staff. Very unhappy looking manager (gentleman) stands at front desk and doesn't assist any guests. No eye contact, watches line up in front of other agents. Odd. Valet at front desk with face in hands, chatting with colleagues as vehicles and guests arrive and unload their own luggage. We loaded and unloaded the luggage cart without anyone offering assistance or calling an elevator. It is great that they have luggage carts for guests to care for their own needs. Room Service was incredibly slow. The phone actually rang for minutes. Then called the front desk to see if someone could help. Then nobody called back but the phone did get answered. Each day room service would be delivered within 45 minutes (or so, one day was later). Really simple orders. Hotel does not have service elevators? The staff of the hotel are in/out of elevators with all types of service items at all times. Not the end of the world but odd. The guestroom is very spacious and closet is large. Room attendant / housekeeping was excellent! Had dinner for room service one evening and it was great. Pool at the rooftop is a 100% win!!
