"This is a well-kept and well-run hotel. The rooms are very well designed, clean and modern. The location is VERY close to the train station, you can walk with your luggage and not have to worry about dealing with steps or bridges etc. The breakfast is good (you have to reserve a time which is a little annoying but don't let that take anything away from the hotel) and staff were very helpful! You can store luggage in the hotel lobby as well if outside of a checking/checkout window. Would...

"The staff was very helpful. It was conveniently located to most historical sites. The furthest was the Vatican. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and quiet, unless the window was open, then there was noise from the piazza. It was nice the listen to when we wanted and just close the window when we didn’t. Beautiful hotel, great stay. I would go back. "

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nicely organized and homey. The room included little snacks which is lovely. The breakfast is very good and includes options for vegans. It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you!"

"Hotel was good. Local area not so good. Stayed 1 night to get flight out of Naples airport . Only ventured 1 block from hotel to get something to eat. Plenty of taxis because it’s right at the cruise line terminal. Probably where people stay the night before their cruise takes off. 30 minutes to airport for 30 euros. "

"The outdoor bar Gin and Juice was a tropical paradise with fun cocktails and a lovely garden setting. The Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and our room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll plan a trip to Cheltenham just to stay in the hotel again!"

"Overall good place to stay. One suggestion, they should write clearly at the front desk to go next door restaurant for the check-in. I waited good 20 mins, ringing the bell next to the shut-down reception window and no one responded. Finally just walked up to next door to inquire and found that’s where the check-in happens. "Stayed here overnight after visiting family in Derby , check in and out easy, friendly reception staff. Very clean accomodation , tea, coffee etc, bath with overhead shower, good thick towels the room was quiet cheap overnight at £43 pub/restaurant on site for breakfast and meals, mcdonalds 2 mins walk away. Good very clean comfortable good stay. "
