My family stayed in this house to visit my daughter at University of Oregon. The location was great, we liked being able to walk to things. Everything was very nice and clean. We especially loved the living room area with the window seats! It was a perfect combination of old charm and modern upgrades. The only warning I have is that the fourth bedroom is a Murphy bed surrounded by windows with no closet space or dresser and it hard to get into the room, unless the Murphy bed is up. The neighbourhood close to the U of O was perfect and quiet. The house was clean and comfortable. As mentioned to the property owner, small improvements could be made for older or less nimble adults, but overall, we were happy and loved the house! It was the perfect spot for us. The house had all the amenities, and then some. We had some issues in getting the code upfront (more a platform issue) but owners got right back to us with the info (even though they were traveling abroad.) The location is great - very central.The house can fit 6 upstairs - and has a murphy bed downstairs, in a cute little room off the dining area. Everything was very clean and well-kept. We came down for the first game of the season and the location was ideal. Close to campus, walkable to Autzen & centrally located to restaurants and hikes. The house is renovated but still has all the charm of those older houses (i wanted to move in ). There are two AC window units in the house, one in the main living room and one in the master bedroom upstairs. The house was pretty warm when we first got there but cooled down at night and cooled down quickly for the weekend. They also had fans for the two bedrooms without a window unit that helped keep it cool at night. Leif responded quickly and answered any questions we had. They also accommodated an early check in which was helpful for part of our group that had been camping several days prior. Overall a great stay!
