Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. The room, hallways, and lobby give you the feeling of being in a true palace. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A little bit of a walk to Saint Marks Square, but plenty to do around the hotel and right on the canal. Highly recommend this hotel.
