Magnificent apartment in urbanization on the beach, overlooking the sea.

  • The property is located in a beautiful urbanization on the beach with sea views between Estepona and Marbella, with large gardens of about 26000m2 and direct and private access to the beach, 24 hour security also has three swimming pools, (one for children ) tennis court, two beach bars close to the urbanization in a few minutes you will have shopping areas and golf courses, riding school, sports centers, zoo (Selwo Aventura), cinemas and restaurants, Puerto Banús, etc.

    The apartment is in an impeccable state of maintenance, with three bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, it also has another complete bathroom, both with shower, hall, living room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dining porch, outdoor terrace, private garden with hammocks, air conditioning, television, satellite and wifi.
    It also has a large area with hammocks next to swimming pools.
