The location is unbeatable: just 250 meters from the charming old town, full of restaurants and shops, and only a 7-minute walk from La Rada beach. Thanks to its elevated position, Altana offers open views over the city and abundant natural light throughout the day. The spacious living-dining area opens onto a cozy 8 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or unwinding at sunset. The space features a 55-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi, making it suitable for both leisure and remote work. The entire apartment is equipped with central air conditioning (hot/cold) for year-round comfort.
