This self-catering accommodation consists of: living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with single beds and a shower room. The living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that open onto the terrace with side sea views and the swimming pool of the residence. Air conditioning and heating. Private parking space. Direct access from the parking by elevator. One shared pool. La Rada Beach, the main beach of EStepona within an easy 3 minute walk. The Marina of Estepona within 100 meters with abundance of bars and restaurants, two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Sea side promenade just in front of the residence. Estepona city center 10 minutes walk. Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village. The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it. The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce. The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars, restaurant and disco pubs. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port. If you are a golf fanatic, we have a service for discounted green-fees on the Costa del Sol, you can book your tee-time with us.
