It’s Ideally situated - you leave your apartment and in less than 2 minutes you are on the sandy beach! There is also a beautiful paved coastal walkway to explore that leads to some of the best restaurants and bars in the area – many just a 5 minute stroll away. The apartment complex has a large communal swimming pool, a pool-side bar/restaurant and a splash pool for small children surrounded by beautiful and lush, landscaped gardens. This apartment is bright and spacious at 90 Sq. Metres. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a furnished terrace and enjoys views of the beautiful landscaped gardens and pool area. This apartment on the first floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with sliding doors leading to the terrace, a master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite private bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower. Fast, Fibre broadband/wifi (100MB/Sec) is included free, there is a large Samsung 4K TV and the apartment has air conditioning and heating. The property is located only 3 kilometres to the east of Estepona, 1.5 Kilometres from Cancelada and less than 10 minutes by car from Puerto Banus with its luxury Marina. The municipality of Estepona is almost entirely dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja, where the natural park of Los Reales de Sierra Bermeja is located. This town's rural character is reflected in the San Isidro Labrador fiestas (15 May). In the first week of July the fiestas of the patron saint of the village are held both at the fairgrounds and in the town centre, and a few days later (16 July), the residents of Estepona worship the Virgen del Carmen with a moving sea procession, a tradition that can be found all along the coast of the province of Málaga. The eighteenth-century Virgen de los Remedios church in the town centre is not to be missed. Its interior consists of three naves covered by vaults with a dome over the transept, and on the façade, you can admire a beautiful stone portal. Also worth seeing is the Torre del Reloj, which was part of an old parish church that was erected at the end of the 15th century. The 15th century walls of the Castillo (castle) and the ruins of the Castillo el Nicio (El Nicio castle) in El Padrón are worth mentioning from an historical point of view even if there is little of the original structures remaining. There are also some impressive stately homes or palaces dating from the eighteenth century, such as the Marquis of Mondéjar’ s house or the Casa de la Borrega (La Borrega House). Along the coast, stretching along both sides of Estepona, you will be able to observe a series of watchtowers built between the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries that were erected to defend against the attacks of the barbarian pirates which were so frequent in those times. There are seven of Muslim and Castilian origin.
