Beautiful house in Guadalmina Baja, overlooking the river and golf 800m from the beach

In the prestigious urbanization of Guadalmina Baja and only 800 meters from the beach and the Golf de Guadalmina, the location of the house is unbeatable. The house has exceptional views of the river and golf course, a beautiful private garden with pool and solarium with Balinese beds and a large terrace decorated exquisitely.

The independence of its location is another great attraction of the house, in which you can enjoy different interior and exterior rooms all full of light.
All the main rooms and four of the six bedrooms are on the main floor, which makes it very comfortable to live. The large kitchen with living area, fireplace and direct access to the garden and barbecue, make this stay a very cozy and meeting area.
The patio is the central axis of the house, a fountain in a beautiful cobbled interior garden is a perfect place to relax.
In the main access to the house has a parking for two or three cars.
In the immediate vicinity we find several luxury hotels with restaurants and spa, a small shopping center with restaurants, shops and other services, a paddle club with restaurant and other sports centers for children and adults.
The house is located 5 kilometers from Puerto Banus, shopping center, restaurants and leisure.
It is also close to several urban centers, San Pedro, Marbella and Estepona where you can find all the services.
The environment is perfect to spend a few days off enjoying the wide tourist offer of the Costa del Sol, with cultural, sports, gastronomic activities or simply resting and enjoying the climate and landscape of the area.
Less than 50 kilometers away is the spectacular city of Ronda and 60 Malaga with a wide cultural offer.
Seville, Granada and Cordoba are an option for full-day excursions.

Good Stay in Estepona !

we had a very good stay in Marina's house, the house is cool but we managed to warm it up with the radiators, air conditioning and fireplaces. for the summer, it must be very pleasant because even in winter we were very hot outside. the house is large and spacious, the rooms are pleasant we were not cramped at all. the location of the house is ideal because we are quiet and really close to everything. marina was very responsive when we reported some malfunctions to her

Lovely house and a wonderful host!

Marina was an excellent host from start to finish. It's a lovely house with a stunning garden and views across the river and neighbouring golf course. Spacious, peaceful and secure, would highly recommend.

Tranquil and beautiful

This place is absolutely stunning. The house is well equipped and very tasteful. It all opens up onto a lush and beautiful garden overlooking the golf course. There is also a lovely outdoor courtyard that the house centers around. There are several wonderful seating areas both inside and out. We were there for an extended family gathering and it was perfect.

The house is beautiful, the kitchen is very well equiped the rooms were all spacious and comfortable we loved it. The garden and pool area were lovely we had a fabulous time in the sun. One minor point would be that we would have found a few sun loungers more useful than the hard beds around the pool which were a little difficult for the older family members to climb onto. Other than that it was perfect and would most definitely recommend for a lovely break in the sun. Marina the host was very welcoming and super helpful with any issues we had, thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful house.

Beautiful and peaceful

The villa is very spacious with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. Lovely garden with views to the golf course. The sea is close by and you can hear the waves. Idyllic sums up this villa. Plenty of places to visit if you have transport or a short taxi ride away. The gardener/pool man and the lovely girl that looks after the house are amazing. The host, Marina, is a phone call away and is always prompt to answer questions. Highly recommend a stay here and we would definitely stay again if back in the area. Thank you so much Marina for the privilege of staying here.

Excellent family stay

From the start of booking this lovely villa, the owner has been in touch, and any advice I sought she was always prompt in responding, and if there had been an issue with the villa I'm confident she would of dealt with it. The villa is situated in a nice quiet area, good access to shops and restaurants etc, 5mins in car or 20mins walking. It is well laid out for a great family holiday, everything you needed was provided in the kitchen. Can't recommend this villa and pool too highly.

Excellent home for family holidays

We've had a fantastic week with 5 adults and 5 kids (5 to 12 years old). Very comfortable house in a quiet neigbourhood with excellent connection to the highway. The garden with pool was great for everyone, sunny and amazing view and privacy also. I would definately recommend this place to others, especially families with children. It has so many different area's, so much space and the terrace to have lunch and dinner is very cozy

Estuvimos de vacaciones en familia y fue la mejor opción. Disfrutamos mucho de cenas en el porche con vistas al maravilloso jardín, y al campo de golf, hicimos barbacoa, la piscina tan apetecible, fue un plan 10, Para nosotros era lo mas importante ahora en tiempo de pandemia es estar en casa, y se valora mucho estar a gusto en ella. Marina estuvo siempre muy dispuesta a conseguir que la estancia fuera perfecta. Repetiriamos seguro!

Perfect for a large family reunion

The property was exactly as advertised, and in many respects better. Peaceful location, secluded, with a south-facing garden and large pool which served as a focal point throughout and kept the kids well-occupied. Beautiful décor with high quality furnishings and all mod cons to hand. More spacious than we had imagined, affording privacy when needed. Good security and easy access to shops nearby. We spent some wonderful warm evenings together on the large terrace, with an unforgettable barbecue into the small hours on our last night. The owner stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we needed, and was flexible and helpful about arrival and checkout arrangements. Could not find fault. A dream holiday which none of us will forget. Would not hesitate to re-book.

A wonderful trip

We visited the property for a week with our family - it was a brilliant experience! The house has 5 large bedrooms, 1 single. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want for a stay. The pool and terrace area are fantastic. The property is located well for Marbella, Puerto Banus and Espapona although a car is recommended. We enjoyed our stay so much, thank you and we would love to come back!
