The location is ideal, within walking distance of services of the pretty village of Cancelada and close to the beach. This exclusive residence, of new construction, has a modern and elegant design. You will find a huge outdoor swimming pool with beach effect, surrounded by a large sunny area to top up your tan, as well as beautiful gardens. The apartment offers three pretty bedrooms, two bathrooms, and high quality finishes and furnishings throughout. Its fully open kitchen - dining room - living room area gives it a very contemporary feel, and has direct access to the first terrace, with its lounge area and convivial table, all with wonderful views over the bay of Estepona. Upstairs, you will find the master suite which offers an en-suite bathroom, a dressing room and a second private terrace with deckchairs to enjoy every ray of sunshine in complete privacy. Beautiful views - there is some building work going on nearby ( as there is in most of the Costa Del Sol!) which you can see from the terraces, but not too noisy. Cancelada is a lovely village with some excellent restaurants . All felt very secure - and the underground parking was a real plus !
