### DAR MATABALI Villa avec piscine privative

Découvrez notre superbe villa « Matabali », neuve nichée dans la campagne paisible d'Essaouira, à environ 7 kms de la plage et de la médina. Idéal pour un séjour reposant, notre villa offre tout le confort pour une escapade inoubliable alliant modernité et authenticité marocaine. Détendez vous dans la piscine entourée d'un jardin bien entretenu, parfait pour des moments de détente. Laissez vous séduire par la cuisine locale grâce à la cuisinière à disposition, qui saura ravir vos papilles.  
Le logement  
Nous mettons à disposition notre maison, nous vous proposons en plus du logement la mise à disposition de notre cuisinière ( petit déjeuner et repas du soir).  
  
Notre jardinier passera chaque matin ( avant votre réveil) nettoyer la piscine et arroser le jardin.  
  
Notre maison est neuve et malgré notre attention particulière, elle peut avoir quelques petits défauts, n'hésitez pas à nous en faire part afin de trouver une solution pendant votre séjour ou ensuite pour rendre notre villa encore plus agréable.  
  
La maison se compose de :  
  
3 chambres, chacune comportant 2 lits simples accolés (lits de 180 pouvant être séparés au besoin en 2 lits de 90); couette et draps fournis ; rideaux occultants.  
2 salles de douche avec WC  
1 salon avec TV donnant sur la piscine  
1 enceinte Bose  
1 cuisine (cuisinière et four à gaz, une hotte aspirante, un réfrigérateur avec petit congélateur, micro-onde, cafetière classique et Nespresso, lave-vaisselle)  
1 lave-linge.  
Sèche cheveux.  
Linge de toilette et draps de bain fournis.  
Absence de climatiseur, 3 ventilateurs à disposition.  
  
Notre jardin est clos de mur, les arbres sont en pleine croissance (oliviers, citronniers, bougainvilliers, cactus, un arganier ombrage la cour).  
L'ensemble a été planté au printemps 2024.  
  
Notre piscine à une taille de 6 m x 3 m , profondeur 1,10 m à 1, 50 m au maximum.   
Elle n'est pas protégée par conséquent notre logement n'est pas adapté aux enfants ne sachant pas nager.  
  
1 terrasse extérieure avec 4 transats et 3 parasols  
  
1 toit terrasse (en cours d'aménagement) ou l'on peut apercevoir de magnifiques couchers de soleil.  
  
Le stationnement est possible dans la cour pour un ou deux véhicules selon leur taille .  
  
Douar Laarab est un village à la campagne ( présence de poules, ânes, chiens, chameaux...). Il est calme, en cours de développement ( plusieurs villas en construction). L'accès au village se fait par une piste sablonneuse tout à fait praticable ! c'est un peu surprenant la première fois.  
  
Petite précision : La cuisinière passera le matin préparer les crêpes, jus d'orange et le thé à la menthe inclus dans la réservation.  
Si vous le souhaitez, elle reviendra vers 16h préparer le repas du soir si vous choisissez cette option ( 10 euros le repas du soir pour les 6 personnes à lui régler sur place directement ).   
Par contre elle prépare petit déjeuner et repas avec vos achats.   
Si vous ne souhaitez le petit déjeuner c est possible cependant le ménage sera fait au minimum 3/ semaines.  
  
Notre jardinier passera obligatoirement nettoyer la piscine et vérifier son bon fonctionnement avant 8h.  
  
Accès des voyageurs  
Accès à toute la maison sauf le cabanon extérieur.  
Accueil personnalisé par le jardinier qui vous attendra à la maison ou Key box à disposition en fonction des horaires d'arrivée.  
  
Nous pouvons vous mettre en lien avec notre loueur de voitures qui vous amènera le véhicule à l'aéroport et viendra le rechercher lors de votre départ.  
Si besoin, il proposera de vous accompagner à la maison pour la somme de 100 dirhams environ.  
  
Autres remarques  
Nous mettons à votre disposition notre maison et souhaitons que vous en preniez le plus grand soin.  
Elle n'est pas parfaite mais nous restons à votre écoute pour l'améliorer.
