 86 M2 TERRACE APARTMENT near the beach and the medina with two private terraces, very clean, quiet, luxurious, interior in tadelack and zelige, consisting of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, spacious bathroom (hot water with heater solar water) two terraces one which communicates with the kitchen and living room of 25 M2, the other of 70 M2 accessible by a staircase seen with 360 ° on the sea, the forest, the city,  
in the kitchen, electric coffee maker, microwave, blender, press for elect fruit juice, stainless steel pots, tagine, pressure cooker, fridge freezer, electric oven, extractor hood etc.  
living room, 50 inch LED TV, DVD with films, mobile gas heating,  
each window is fitted with an electric shutter.  
cot in one bedroom.  
very nice area with all shops to stock up without a car.  
a storage room with 6 kg Samsung washing machine

I wanted a secluded terrace and not overlooked. This was perfect for me. A lot of stairs but that was expected and kept you fit. Netflix worked well and l was able to catch up. Nice neighbourhood and local taxis only cost 7 Dirhams or 8 in the evenings. Get a card from the local Pharmacie on the corner, to show to taxi driver for your address. Lovely helpful lady but she does like to communicate in French. Thank goodness for Google translate!!!!

on a passé un super séjour dans l’apartement de pierre, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour cuisiner etc et pierre répondait toujours rapidement et nous a très gentiment arrangé un taxi de l’aéroport merci!!

#### Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Alles, was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Das Appartement ist einem guten, ruhigen, sauberen Viertel mit marokkanischen Nachbarn gelegen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang, sehr herzlich und reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Terrasse am Wohnzimmer und noch eine weitere auf dem Dach. Alles ist vorhanden, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, etc etc. , auch Kleinigkeiten wie Mülltüten, Waschpulver usw. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Besonders begeistert hat uns die liebevolle Dekoration mit viel Sinn für schönes, typisch marokkanisches, in der ganzen Wohnung. Noch nie haben wir eine so schön bemalte Schlafzimmerdecke gesehen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen das Appartement gerne an andere Urlauber.

Appartement conforme aux photos. Très bon accueil de Gérard et propriétaire réactif lors de la réservation. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Essaouira. (Problème de chaises sur la terrasse, peu de vaisselle et placards vides de produits de bases, sel poivre produits ménagés etc.) Sinon rien à dire nous recommandons cette location.

Monsieur Pierre and his wife are wonderful hosts and unbelievably welcoming. Everything that you would need for a stay either long or short including beautiful sunny terraces. The apartment is in a quiet corner of town but easy walking distance to the medina and the sea. I will definitely come to stay here again and recommend the apartment to anyone is looking for a peaceful holiday.

Merci pour ce superbe séjour au coeur de la vie marocaine. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien décoré.Bien situé, à côté des petits commerces et de la pharmacienne qui parle très bien français. Pour les courses "à l'européenne" il y un carrefour market à 5mn en petits taxis toujours disponibles et très peu chers. La plage est à 10mn à pied et la

#### Très bon séjour, mais un peu court

Appartement agréable et bien situé, correspondant à ce que j'ai vu lors de ma réservation. Quelques suggestions malgré tout : vaisselle un peu juste, notamment au niveau des plats, des couverts et des bols. Location faite pour 4 à 5 personnes. Sinon rien à redire. En effet avoir Gérard comme référent a été très agréable et nous a permis de découvrir une autre façon de découvrir le maroc et ses habitants. Nous sommes prêts à revenir pour un séjour à Essaouira pour en découvrir un peu plus. Cordialement Françoise Hugedé

Arrivé à Essaouira avec un ciel bleu et un peu de vent. Nous avons trouvé un appartement meublé tout confort et magnifique, conforme aux photos du site, avec un propriétaire très serviable portant une attention particulaire au bien être de ces locataires et que dire de son épouse qui nous avait préparé un tajine délicieux à souhait en raison du ramadan et de notre arrivée en début de soirée. Le rapport qualité/prix de cet appartement est sans contexte imbattable.

#### trés agréable séjour dans cette location

séjour très agréable à Essaouira, ville à taille humaine, les habitants sont très sympathiques, c'est la 2eme fois que nous y séjournons et nous y reviendrons. nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par MR Blondeau qui a mis sans problème un matelas supplémentaire pour notre petit fils. l'appartement est très confortable, conforme à la description et aux photos, le plus c'est la terrasse ou nous avons pris la plupart de nos repas. je recommande vivement cette location.

Bonne surprise.....appartement très agréable, spacieux et bien équipé, belle terrasse (plein sud),idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et proche de tout commerces. Ajouté à cela l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire il n'en fallait pas plus pour me rendre ce séjour le plus agréable possible. A conseiller !!!

#### Ein sehr schönes Appartement.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich am CTM-Bahnhof in Essaouira abgeholt und zum Appartement gebracht. Dort erwartete uns bereits ein selbst gebackener Kuchen und frisch gemachter Fruchtsaft. Die Erwartungen an die Unterkunft wurden noch übertroffen, es war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Wir möchten uns hier noch einmal für den freundlichen Empfang bedanken und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

#### Très bel appartement 

Que du positif, à commencer par le propriétaire Mr Blondeau– plein d’attentions – qui s’est montré sincèrement soucieux de notre confort. Avant et pendant le séjour,le propriétaire a répondu avec convivialité et efficacité à toutes nos interrogations. Il a tout mis en œuvre pour que le séjour soit parfait, merci à lui ! A noter notamment l'excellent accueil sur place. Une location parfaite qui tient ses promesses. L'appartement très bien situé correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce : agréable, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Sa situation proche de la plage est un vrai plus. La médina quant à elle est facilement accessible à pied.c'est une location qui a su garder le charme simple d'une maison marocaine et une terrasse baignée de soleil. Au rapport qualité/prix difficile de faire mieux. Cette location est une adresse à ne pas manquer à Essaouira par rapport à d'autres locations déjà louées dans la ville et c 'est avec grand plaisir que j y reviendrai lors d'un prochain séjour. Je recommande sincèrement cet appartement à tous les gens qui cherchent des vacances de qualité.

vraiment à conseiller trés bien équipée dans un quartier très calme appartement trés ensoleillé et proprietaire serviable commerces dans quartier tout est proche médina et psi vous vo lage à 20minutes à pieds Petit taxi à petit prix moins d un euros logement tres ensoleillè et tres calme tous commerces dans quartier Beau logement bien équipé propriétaire tres aimable et serviable A un quart d heure de la mèdina et de la plage à conseiller

APPARTEMENT TRES CONFORTABLE, BIEN SITUE QUE JE RECOMMANDE FORTEMENT. ACCUEIL CHALEUREUX ET ATTENTIF DES PROPRIÉTAIRES. PAYS FASCINANT QUI NE PEUT LAISSER INDEMNE, SENTIMENTS CONFUS, PARFOIS MEME CONTRADICTOIRES, SENSATION D'INACHEVE COMME SI LE MAROC NOUS APPELAIT DE NOUVEAU, AFIN DE MIEUX COMPRENDRE ET AINSI MIEUX SE CONNAITRE. L'accueil à été chaleureux et convivial. Lappartement est vraiment très agréable et confortable. Merci pour toute ces attentions très appréciables comme la mise à disposition de lessive et la sélection de dvd. Il est aussi bien situé à la fois près de la plage et près de la medina. Nous avions le coeur lourd lorsqu'il a fallu repartir. ... nous étions vraiment très bien et nous reviendrons très certainement.
