The 58 m² Upstalsboom 3-room vacation rental, bsak7-23, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the spacious, covered balcony—similar to a loggia—facing a sunny southwest direction. Here, you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and the sun until evening.<br><br>The Location <br>This modern and bright vacation rental is located on the first floor of Deichhaus 7, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 metres from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.<br><br>Amenities <br>The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 4 people and a cozy seating area. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, are at your disposal. One of them also has its own flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of vacation, you can relax on the covered balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture for 4 people. The apartment’s windows are equipped with insect screens.<br><br><br> Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free, unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighbouring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring pools, a bubble fountain, waterfall showers, a counter-current system, a children’s wading pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam room. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offering for future bookings starting in 2027.<br><br>The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.<br><br>This apartment includes a free parking space. Lockable bicycle storage cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available.
