The impressive Villa Diamond is situated on a privileged 2000 plot literally in front of the famous sandy beach of Petrothalassa overlooking the sea and the picturesque island of Hydra.
Villa Diamond is divided into two levels and is designed so that all rooms have direct access to the gardens providing constant contact with nature.
The top level consists of a bright elegant living room with fireplace, a charmy spacious dining room, both have direct access to the pool area and magnificent sea views ,a fully equipped kitchen, a guest wc, a spacious master room with en suite bathroom and large veranda that offers gorgeous views to the sea.
The sumptuous entrance welcome guests with its warm atmosphere and architectural design.
The lower level consists of two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, playroom, guest wc, store room, an independent guest house that offers a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen,a bedroom with two single beds.
The interiors are very spacious and airy with plenty of day light getting through the broad windows.
The contemporary architecture, elegant design and modern comforts boast the facilities of this Villa.
The property features a large and elegant swimming pool 60 with heated jacuzzi and atmospheric pool bar, surrounded by a spacious sun deck setting which includes a large outdoor and pergola shaded lounge area equipped with comfortable sofas with cushions sun beds deck chairs paired with a large dining table which predisposes guests to enjoy a delicious meal or cocktail while watching the majestic sunset and listening to the sounds of the sea.
The excellent landscaped garden is filled with a selection of flowers calm the senses and create a romantic atmosphere of relaxation and wellness.

Villa Diamond, ein Diamant am "Argolischen Golf"
Ein sehr schönes, gut geplantes Objekt. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Es iost ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen.
Der morgendliche Blick auf´s Merr ist gigantisch. Man fühlt sich wohl und hat Platz. Es gvibt einen Pool und eine Außenbar mit hinterliegendem Grillplatz.
Wir waren im Dezember bis zum 03. Januar mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern dort. Es gibt in der Nähe mehrere Orte mit guten Tavernen aber im Haus ist auch eine gut ausgestattete Küche.
Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub in einem außergewöhnlich schönen Haus in einer tollen Gegend.
Eine kleine Kritik kann ich mir aber nicht ersparen: Die Toiletten sind alle überholungsbedürftig. Das Wasser läuft durch, die Toilettensitze sind nicht fest und teilweise defekt. Ist halt immer noch Griechenland.
Es lohnt sich dorthin zu fahren aber den Preis im Sommer würde ich nicht bezahlen.

A True Gem!
Villa Diamond is an amazing property in a convenient location to both Porto Heli and Ermioni by car. Both are charming seaside holiday towns with excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. The house itself is large, spacious, beautifully designed, and has a perfect uninterrupted view of the sea from almost anywhere you stand. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and our family of 10 cooked and ate in many of the nights during our stay. The huge charcoal grill and outdoor bar added to the fun.
The neighborhood itself appears to be in the building stage. Roads are unpaved and houses are sporadic. Nothing inconvenient about it at all, but worth knowing you aren't staying in a development or easy walk from town. The absence of too many neighbors allows you to hear the gentle sound of the waves from the house. This house is part of a group of 4 owned by Mr. Balabanis that are nearly attached to each other, and Villa Diamond appears to have the perfect view of the ocean. There are tiki umbrellas and lounge chairs reserved for each house at the beach, which has beautiful clear water. The house came with a 2 person tandem ocean kayak,but only one paddle. It can still be maneuvered with the one paddle so we took it out and enjoyed the view looking back from the water. The driveway has a gate as well for added safety.
It is worth noting that the pool and hot tub at this property are not heated. We did not stay during true beach season and one of the major reasons we chose Villa Diamond was the listing saying heated pool and hot tub. We figured if the ocean water wasn't quite warm enough to swim we would be able to soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately, we had to wait until the sun warmed us up to get in the water and it was more of a jump in and out cool off. The groundskeeper, Mr. Gassi, tried several times to see about heating the water, but it appears it is not capable. It is also worth noting the house does not come with a boat despite it being on the listing. Not a deal breaker for us, but worth noting for other guests. Guests should also note 2 showers are stand-up and 2 require using the hand wand.
Mr. Gassi comes to the house every day to clean the pool, landscape, and do general maintenance. He is a very nice, accommodating man and even grilled dinner for us one night. This may have been to compensate for the unheated pool. You will see him almost ever day, but he'll work quietly if you tell him someone is sleeping. Overall a gem of a house!

Absolutely stunning villa by the beach
We love travelling and have stayed in many places/villas over the past few years and Villa Diamond so far has been the best villa experience we have had so far. Firstly, the villa itself is in a fantastic location, close to Porto Cheli yet in a quite place to relax away from the tourist crowds. Secondly, the views are stunning as it is just a stone throw away from a lovely beach. Thirdly, the villa itself is very spacious and has a very cosy vibe and clever layout. Every little detail has been thought after. The pool was also amazing! We stayed with 2 kids and they spent most of the time in the pool. The owner also provided us with inflatables which were a big hit with the kids as well as adults :) Overall it was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely come back again! 5 star experience! Thank you!
