### Greek holiday escape

This luxurious villa is situated in Porto Heli, a charming picturesque port and seaside resort with a vast choice of sandy beaches, located in the Peloponnese, Greece. Here one can enjoy the serenity, the unique climate (240 days of sunshine), the priceless cultural values and the unforgettable, traditional Greek life style.  
 This elegant tranquil haven is the perfect getaway to enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the islands of Dokos and Hydra. For those who want to be far away from mass tourism this area offers an environmentally sparkling atmosphere, clear seas, sandy beaches lush forests and olive groves. For those who prefer a more active life and want a variety of nightlife the island of Spetses is the place to visit. Suitable for young and old, it is a ten minute water taxi ride from Porto Heli (24 hour service).  
 The property stands in 2,000 sq m of lawns flowers and pine trees It is located opposite a secluded beach, a leisurely five minute walk, viewed from all rooms in the house. The lawned gardens front and back offer a choice of spots to catch the sun or indulge in private moments of relaxation.  
 The spacious pool area with a 65 square metre infinity pool provides a divine choice of lounging areas for sunbathing. Situated near to the pool area is a luxurious shower room with wc and also an outdoor shower This area leads on to a lawn and an enclosed barbeque area with a gigantic dining table that seats up to eighteen people and a lounging area on an elevated sun-deck A perfect place to chill out in the evenings, watching the unique view this property offers.  
 The villa which is fully air conditioned and has wifi throughout, is on three levels, The ground level is composed of two en suite bedrooms both with double beds, which lead onto a shared living room with flat screen TV, DVD and music system compatible to i phone, i pod, etc. Balcony doors open on to private verandas and down three steps to the pool area.  
 On parking the car,visitors will walk through a garden passing one of the many dining areas, sheltered by a gazebo. This area is always shaded, cool and protected and offers a stunning view of Hydra. An ideal place for parents to relax away in privacy from the children. The main front door leads into a hall which joins a spacious living and dining room with TV, DVD and music system and a separate fully equipped modern kitchen. All rooms lead onto a veranda with yet another dining and lounge area, again with the sea view. There is also a cloak room with wc on this level   
 On the first floor there are two en suite bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Each has its own veranda with sea view.  
 Daily maid service and cook are available if requested.Transport by car, helicopter or boat, as well as tours, can be arranged if required to the many touristic or historical landmarks   
 If you are looking for a great location, offering peace and tranquillity in quiet surroundings as well as great proximity to the life of a town and nearby islands, then this is the place for you.  
The town of Port Heli, which is the nearest town, is an enjoyable 2.5 hour drive by car from Athens, through the historical Corinth Canal and Epidavrus and the majestic Peloponnese countryside. For those who prefer travelling by sea, it only takes a 2 hour journey passing the islands of Aigina, Poros, Hydra, and Spetses. Porto Heli offers all modern amenities, 5 star hotels, a variety of restaurants as well as a beautiful naturally protected marina for yachts of all sizes. The villas are ideally located if you are interested in water sports or site seeing.  
 You may take a coach trip or a drive to the antiquity centres of Epidavros, Mikina, Nafplio and Corinth or visit the mid evil castle of Monemvasia.  
 Kranidi, which is the biggest town in the area, has a public health centre and all civil services, as well as banks and various shops  
 The villa enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Dokos and Hydra. For those who want to be far away from mass tourism this area offers an environmentally sparkling atmosphere, clear seas, sandy beaches lush forests and olive groves. Yet for those who want more active night life, Porto Heli is only 4km away and the taxi rank to Spetses 1,5km away.
