  • Welcome to our Boho-chic second floor two-bedroom apartment, steps from St. Vincent Hospital. Enjoy free private parking and in-unit laundry for a convenient stay in the heart of the city.

    We are available if you need us!

    This is a Saint Vincent neighborhood with lots of professionals living round about. There is a rite aid a block away, coffee shop, bbq joint, and other great eats all within a couple block radius.

    You will have access to the entire parking lot area.

    This unit is in a 4-plex with all units rented as short and midterm rentals for professionals, hospital visitors and sight seers alike. We are a non smoking pet free environment. All brand new new renovations inside and outside.

    You can hop on a bus, take an Uber, park in your parking lot, walk, or hop on your bike.

Our unit looked just like the pictures, adorable. It was very clean and very quiet at night. I expected more street noise given where it is located. Parking is off an alley right of RT 20 behind the building. Comfortable living room to crash out on after a day at the beach. Presque Isle was maybe 15 minutes to the front gate of the park. Coffee shops nearby and Larry's Central Market is small but packed with really good deli, butcher shop, more than staples and locally owned. Perfect place to pick up picnic supplies. Dining room was perfect to review the day and make plans for the next. Even had spices to make dinner with (I forgot mine). Each room had an air conditioner which was more than enough. Jen was super helpful and responsive.

The pictures on this website does not represent the actual location. It was reported that professionals stayed there. I’m a professional and would not recommend staying here. Location was not clean. I had to pay an additional 100 for cleaning fees for the early check in. Bathroom was clean, however, the beds and bedrooms had a funny smell. The refrigerator was clean but I would not have put anything in the freezer. It was filthy. The living room also had an odd odor and the furniture is very worn and dated. The stairwell to the second floor was not clean and the steps are not level. I almost fell twice going up and down the stairs. Very dangerous for someone not paying attention. Finally, there’s no central air. VRBO has window air conditioning. Although, the host was fantastic to talk with, her facility left a lot to be desired for her guests and pricing.
