  • Beautiful location overlooking the sea, surrounded by a cool pine forest. The view of the Gulf of Bonagia and Monte Cofano will brighten your evenings. The house is only 15 min. from Erice, 20 min from S.Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro reserve, 10 Km from Trapani and from the embarkation point for the Egadi islands - berth on request, landing at 500m and more restaurants, bars and everything you need for your holiday .
    The house consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, a large living room with sofa bed and single bed, outdoor terrace covered by a cool canopy of Sicilian reeds. All surrounded by a park of over 5000 square meters with pine forest. The parking space is available inside the fenced area of ​​the villa.
