The spacious villa is dressed in local stone in subtle off white tones and paved with off white marble, filling you immediately with a sense of luxury and serenity. The ground floor consists of open living and kitchen area, a spacious bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms. It has the direct access to pool.

The upper level maisonette has a living and kitchen area plus bathroom that lead to a vast shaded terrace, complete with luxurious seating and dining areas with large Crystal tables, looking to the mesmerizing views. Upstairs there is the master bedroom ensuite with Jacuzzi with incredible view, and the second spacious master bedroom with unobstructed sea view.

All rooms as well as living areas are fully equipped with a/c, large smart tv, the wifi connection is excellent in case you may need to join a zoom meeting. Both kitchens are fully, excessively equipped. The famous Epidaurus festival is hosted at the ancient theater(only 15km away) every summer, bringing to life the ancient tragedies and comedies, enchanting the audiences that flock from all over the world. Beautiful town of Nafplion, reminiscent of medieval Italy is half an hour drive away, and in less than an hour you will reach Porto Heli, from where a short boat trip will take you to cosmopolitan Spetses island.
