A casa é ampla, ventilada, quartos e banheiros grandes e confortáveis, cozinha que interage com a varanda, chuveirão na porta, um lindo pomar atrás com frutas da época que podem ser colhidas no pé! Tenho dois filhos e eles amavam colher as acerolas e correr pela área verde. A rua é tranquila, boa vizinhança e o acolhimento do senhor Joelson também merece destaque, atencioso e prestativo. Aug 27, 2015 #### Verdadeiro Paraiso A casa é ainda mais bonita do que esta na foto do site, o jardim esta com um lindo gramado e coqueiros ja estao meio crescidos... com uma cerca viva toda de hibiscos de varias cores, vermelho, laranja, branco, rosa... o hibisco que alias na reigão é conhecido como 'graxa'. A casa é decorada num estilo rustico, toda arejada um encanto... Diariamente tivemos visitas dos saguis e colibris... apareceram ate outros animais silvestres devido a proximidade da mata atlantica... fiquei um mes com meu filho e marido, faziamos longas caminhadas ate a praia, mais ou menos uns 4 km e acabamos conhecendo varias pessoas do vilarejo, que eram todos muito amaveis... Alem da simplicidade do povo local e da calorosidade humana dos moradores da regiao, para minha surpresa, o vilarejo tambem tem moradores ilustres como um dos mais importantes artistas plasticos da arte contemporanea brasileira, participante de exposiçoes internacionais e da tao aclamada Bienal de Sao Paulo, nao vou aqui mencionar o nome dele para preservar sua privacidade, mas a visita que fiz ao seu atelier foi como um elixir aos meus olhos... a praia é de uma rusticidade e tranquilidade enorme... lindas dunas e coroada de coqueiros... Os vizinhos, eram amaveis e vinham sempre perguntar se precisavamos de algo, principalmente a Fernanda, que era uma fofa... me encantou com a sua culinaria baiana, foi a primeira vez que haviamos comido bijoux e outras iguarias feitas de mandioca ou aipim... Regularmente vinha um jardineiro dar uma recauchutada no jardim... e o proprietario Andre demonstrou que pois o coraçao neste projeto dele... Excelente casa com todo o conforto e bem estruturada, o proprietário muito educado e dá a devida atenção aos seus clientes. Tudo está conforme se vê nas fotos e muito mais por um preço muito bom, isso sem falar do paraíso que você encontra ao redor do quintal, com os pássaros e saguis nos visitando durante todo o dia...
