The beds were also comfortable. Nice location and view of Ensenada. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few really dirty spots (top of glass over stove and top of fridge) where a simple damp sponge would have done wonders. Hot water appliance also failed and was tricky to get hot water. But we were able to contact on-site person and owner and everything resolved to our satisfaction (I was able to take a hot shower). Overall good experience. The apartment is also a 25 minute drive to wine country (Valle de Guadalupe). Upon arrival we were met by Rigo who promptly provided keys and showed us around the unit. The location was great and walking distance to all that downtown has to offer (1st street, fish market, restaurants, marina). Also a short 40min drive to Valle de Guadalupe/wine country. Price was definitely high compared to other options, but you’re also not getting a 2 bedroom apartment, gated/private parking, and full kitchen with those. There was 2 private parking spaces with a gated entrance. So everything was safe. My only concern was that since my wife was in a cast it was a bit troublesome to get up the stairs but we managed. We will be staying here for additional Baja Races. It’s really modern and clean with a great view. It’s gated and our carport was directly under our apartment. Luis, who is on site was an amazing host. Surpassed our expectations. Very clean and modern with friendly staff and great view. Property is at the top of a hill and gated so felt very safe and had no worries about our vehicle overnight. A short walk to all the action in town. Included WiFi is lighting fast.
