★ POOL HEATING ★  
  
During the cooler months there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. This applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool/spa is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm. Spa cannot be heated higher then pool while pool is heating. It would be one or the other heating.

I started using Vrbo to book stays when I travel and have done this for a few years now. This property was the best I’ve ever stayed. It was exactly as advertised and very, very clean.
