This house was perfect for my family and I. It was clean and looks like the owners have made and are in the process of making updates to the home (new deck on porch). There are curtains throughout the house which allowed more heat and light in during the day and made the rooms facing the west much hotter (especially when temps were over 90 degrees outside). One of the bedrooms does not have a ceiling fan, but a tower fan was provided in both rooms to help cool the rooms. My one suggestion would be to add blinds or light reducing curtains to help keep the 2 bedrooms cooler in hot months. The house was 5 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and had a view of Lemon Bay (Intercoastal Waterway). It did not have property access to the Lemon Bay so my son was not able to fish near the home. Overall, we really enjoyed the location of the home and the spaciousness of the home. Would come back and stay again! ##### Janene D.
