You'll enjoy your own private dock - perfect for fishing, kayaking or organizing a boat outing (let us know & we can refer you to a local rental company!) This home is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape to paradise! This is a duplex style property with two units connected and the chairs by the bar are communal between units. Please be advised that if you cancel your reservation, at any time. the 3% payment processing fee will not be refunded upon cancellation. Absolutely loved the location. The view of the bay from the dock was great. It was very nice to have access to paddle boards and kayaks and communal areas. We loved using all three. Cottage is very convenient to the bay, beach and local restaurants. The property is very well-maintained and not only was the cottage exceptionally clean, so was the entirety of the property. We especially enjoyed the woodsy property and getting to see the tortoises feed every morning! The owner uses a 3rd party billing company so if you book through VRBO or Expedia, don’t panic if your credit card company notifies you of a fraud alert from a company you don’t recognize and a dollar amount you didn’t submit.
