Only 7 miles from Englewood Beach, this vacation rental has what you are looking for. When you enter you will be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan showcasing the living room, dining room, exercise area and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a 65" 4k TV with Dolby Atmos soundbar, beautiful tropical decor and fully opening slider glass doors to transform the space into an open air indoor/outdoor oasis. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you may need to fully enjoy your stay, if you have a particular question about an item, feel free to ask if we have it. The main living area separates the king bed en suite from the two guest bedrooms and bathroom. Featured in the king suite are fully opening sliding glass doors leading out to the relaxing covered lanai, creating another indoor/outdoor space you can fully enjoy. There is a walk in closet as well as large storage closet with ample shelving in the bathroom. There is a fully equipped two-screen (standing feature) desk setup in this suite as well if you happen to be WFH or have a meeting or two during your stay. Laptop/Computer is not included but yours can easily be hooked up. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with a twin XL trundle bed. The second guest bedroom features a full over full (also known as double over double) bunk bed that also has a twin XL trundle bed. Both rooms feature large closets and a small dresser. In the covered lanai area you can expect to unwind, relax and get your vacation on with friends and family to the relaxing ambiance of waterfall sounds. There is plenty of seating throughout the entire home and the lanai is no exception. Dining seating for six as well as an outdoor couch and two additional seats are under the covered patio area accompanied by a fire table. Besides the pool you can find two comfortable sun loungers. There are plenty of fun pool floaters available in the outdoor chest for your enjoyment. CHILD PROOF: One great feature of this rental is that it is child friendly. The pool area as well as kitchen cabinets can be made child proof upon request for the duration of your stay. As you can see in one of the pool photos, a baby barrier is shown. There are magnetic child locks that can be activated on all the lower kitchen cabinets as well. Some items available for you are: a high chair, a puddle jumper, shaded infant pool float, baby camera (Bluetooth, does not connect to WiFi so it will never be available by any device other than the accompanying screen), and pack and play crib. EXERCISE AREA: for the active person, to make your stay more enjoyable there is an elliptical in the workout area right off the living room. There is a yoga mat, resistance bands, weight bench, and a set of PowerBlock EXP stage 2 dumbbells (can range up to 70lbs each). BEACH GEAR & SHARK TOOTH HUNTING: Available for you to bring and enjoy at the beaches are folding chairs, a small cooler, cooler bags and a shade umbrella. If you are a fan of shark tooth hunting there is a long handled metal sifter. The infamous Venice Beach is just a 20 mile drive and makes for an incredible day trip. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Up to two dogs under 40 lbs are allowed for a pet fee of $100\. Please make sure to select this when booking or inquiring. SECURITY NOTES: The property has a Ring security system installed. A front door Ring doorbell, and 1 Ring camera on each backyard gate entrance facing toward the front, and 1 Ring camera above the garage facing the driveway. There were plenty of towels and bedding. There was also dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and laundry detergent. I appreciated all the appropriate supplies in the kitchen so we could make meals and use the outside grill. The host was great at responding to our questions too!The pool was clean and warm. My kids had so much fun playing with the pool toys. We ate meals outside at the comfortable table and our family of 7 also fit comfortably at the indoor dining room table. The home was beautiful, very clean (a phrase I always look for when reviewing VRBO properties), very well stocked— I can’t think of anything Frank could add— bath & beach towels were aplenty, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kid’s books and toys, board games, adjustable dumbbells, exercise ball etc. It was great! The pool was clean, well maintained, the water was crystal clear. We brought our one year old and very much appreciated the baby gate around the pool, and child proofed cabinets. The garbage disposal had a leak the first night we were there. Frank had someone there to fix it the next day. His communication is very prompt which is greatly appreciated! We loved the charm of Englewood, the beautiful sun in the Sunshine State, and the many nearby beaches. We hope to be back next summer. If you stay here, all you really need to bring is yourself, your clothes, and some food—the house is stocked with everything else you might need. It was very clean and well-maintained. Love that they backyard is private as well. The location is great too—nestled in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the beaches and grocery stores. So many extras not found in most rentals. The property was clean, beds were very comfortable and they even childproof the lower cabinets and pool upon request. Our 2 year old grand daughter loved the blocks, and they even had coolers, beach chairs, and equipment to hunt for shells and shark teeth! Often rent homes when we stay in the area, and this was one of our favorites. Not beachside, but an easy 15 minute drive. Also near other things like grocery and gas. Can't think of anything we wanted that this home didn't have. Lots of extras like pool and beach equipment, plenty of basics like TP and paper towels. LOADS of available extras. It was very clean, organized, and had everything imaginable. Lots of amenities for the beach and even great for a rainy day playing games. The dryer took two cycles to dry just a few towels but don’t let that deter you from staying! Hosts are quick to respond with any questions we had. The property was not far from the beach and restaurants, we loved this rental and it made for a great first time in Englewood!
