Welcome to Encounter Bay, where relaxation and exploration await you! If you're looking for a comfortable holiday home with a stunning outlook over the trees towards Victor Harbor, then look no further. This lovely home is located just three streets back from the beach, less than ten minutes walk to Whalers and Yilki Store, making it the perfect base for your Fleurieu adventure.  
Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations.  
With accommodation for six in three bedrooms with electric blankets - 1 double and 4 single beds - this home is perfect for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is combined with the dining and living area, and features a microwave and coffee pod machine for your convenience. While there's no oven, you'll find hot plates, a kettle, and toaster available for your use.  
Relax in the comfortable living area, complete with a television and DVD player, or stay cozy with the combustion heater (wood not supplied). The bathroom features a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for your convenience. A laundry with a washing machine is also available for your use.  
Off-street parking is provided, although it's not under cover. While the living may be simple, it's also comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the Fleurieu region. So why wait? Cancellation Policy  
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.  
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.  
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.  
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.  
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
