Excellent staff

Value for money, great location between the centre and close to the Costanera. The staff is absolutely outstanding, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool had a repair of some broken windows, but they showed us a second pool. It did lack a bit of furniture though. Well equipped gym. Breakfast was okay (savoury, sweet, fruits, eggs made on order). The hotel should improve the WiFi, we received passwords for 3 networks, except for the one network which was actually stable.

Lastimosamente la experiencia que tuvimos en este hotel no fue tan buena. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba la heladerita que tenia adentro, no tenian toallas en el cuarto. Y estuvimos esperando horas para que vengan a solucionar y el aire acondicionado funciono mas lento dormimos todos sudados y la heladerita jamas funciono tampoco. Y hacia un calor de 95 F*

El gimnasio está muy bueno, es muy completo y todo nuevo. La habitación es amplia con una cama muy cómoda. Mejoró la señal de wifi (antes no llegaba a toda la habitación). El desayuno mejoró la variedad de frutas y jugos naturales, pero aún resta mejorar la oferta de fiambres. Tiene una fábricadora de hielo a disposición, muy buena. Me gusta este hotel. Volveremos
