PANORAMIC COTTAGE WITH PRIVATE POOL

The property is set among the green Tuscan hills that surround it with a beautiful panorama that alternates rows of vines and olive groves. Staying you will be able to enjoy the large interior spaces as well as the exclusive swimming pool and the covered terrace perfect for lunches and dinners. The house has a large living room with equipped kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TV and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a single bed in addition and a large bathroom with a bath. There is an electric heating and cooling system via heat pumps, wifi connection and free parking. The whole property is fenced with an electric driveway gate. The pool is open from May until October, daily cleaning is carried out by the owner Carlo who you can also meet for garden maintenance and for horses in the owner's underlying stables. Pets are allowed unless agreed with the owner, there is a cat in the property and the owner himself has a dog.
The position of the house allows with less than an hour drive to reach all the major tourist centers of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, Sn Gimignano, Certaldo, Chianti, Monteriggioni), the same Etruscan Coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea can be reached within 40 minutes by car. Heating system Fee period ( March, April, May) euro 18/day. A/C fee 10 euro/day

Villa Stay Tuscany

This is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location with an exceptional well maintained pool. It has a small but functional kitchenette which was more than adequate for our needs. Carlo and Marcia were very welcoming and attentive hosts with whom we were able to communicate with effectively using google translate. We had a fantastic stay and did not want to leave. We highly recommend it.

Amazing outdoor area

We had an amazing time at the house. The pool and the outdoors area are amazing. Great terrace outside in the shade for eating and hanging out. Unbelievable views over the hills and valley. The interior is a bit limited since the house is split up with the owners, with them having the ground floor and guests have all the first floor including 2 bedrooms and bathroom. They didn’t live there, but came 1-2 times per day to check on the animals and clean the pool. Very friendly and polite - great hosts. The kitchen is limited in size and doing, and will require some coordination to make bigger meals. No dishwasher and oven, but outside bbq available :-) Great space for a family to hang out in. Near Empoli Centro and other shopping opportunities

We just finished our stay here and had a wonderful visit. The views are stunning from all angles while sitting outside by the pool or the patio. Totally worth the stay. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained along with the everything else on the property. The area is very quiet and secluded which we loved. The location is easy to reach everywhere in Tuscany. We did day trips with our car from this location. There is no oven but we didn’t mind the small kitchen. We still cooked there every night. Carlos the owner does not speak English but does his best to communicate via google translate on his phone. He was always with a smile and willing to help. These are our photos from the sunset and it was breathtaking.

Vue imprenable et beau coin piscine

Venus en couple pour nous reposer, nous avons passé l'essentiel de notre temps au bord de la piscine. La vue sur les collines y est fascinante et le jardin autour est soigné. Ici la piscine est très agréable pour nager ( assez grande et rafraîchissante). Le propriétaire l'entretient et la nettoie pour vous quotidiennement. Comme partout dans la région lil faut composer avec le passage d'avion par intermitance mais cela reste tolerable. Le barbecue en dur à l'extérieur est un plus, d'autant que la cuisine intérieure est minimale.Nous l'avons utilisé avec plaisir. Dans la maison les chambres et surtout la salle de bains complète sont confortables. Surtout nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil authentique et chaleureux. Nous nous sommes bien ressourcés et avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Schönes Haus, toller Blick von der Terrasse. Der Pool war der Highlight, sauberes Wasser, abends schön beleuchtet. Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen. In der Nähe sind Supermärkte, Ladestationen und gute Restaurants. Auch perfekt für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Siena, Florenz usw. Super Kommunikation mit den Besitzern. Bei allen Wünschen und Fragen wurde uns geholfen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen

Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick, ist ideal geeignet für Ausflüge nach Florenz oder Siena. Ein großer Supermarkt ist gerade mal 10 Minuten entfernt. Marzia und Carlo sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Die in einer vorhergehenden Rezension angesprochenen Liegen und Weingläser waren schon wieder ersetzt. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben hier 7 wunderbare Urlaubstage verbracht und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Danke nochmal an Marzia und Carlo.

Ein sehr schönes Grundstück mit perfekter Lage für Besichtigungen in die schönsten Orte der Toskana

Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt und hatte eine perfekte Lage für Besuche in die Orte Florenz, Pisa, Livorno, San Gimignano, siena und Volterra. Auch die Zugverbindungen waren von Empoli aus fantastisch. Der Pool mit Außendusche und tollem Ausblick war ein absoluter Traum. Die Anzahl der liegen beschränkte sich jedoch auf drei, von denen eine aufgrund von altersschwäche bereits am ersten Tag den geist aufgab. Carlo war jeden Tag kurz da und hat nach dem Rechten gesehen, den Müll weg gebracht, mit seinem Hund trainiert und den Pool gereinigt. Zu Besuch kommt auch jeden Morgen ein entspannter Kater vorbei. Calo konnte kaum Englisch, hat sich aber mit dem googelübersetzer stehe nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt. Das Haus hatte zwei geräumige schlafzimmer deren Betten leicht kwietschten. Die Küche allerdings war deutlich schlechter als erwartet. Es gab zwar zwei Kühlschränke jedoch keinen Ofen, keine Bretter, nur 3 Weingläser und keine vernünftigen Frühstucksmesser geschweige denn scharfe Messer. Wenn zu viele Herdplatten auf einmal benutzt wurden, ging auch mal der Strom aus, was für die Toskana wohl nichts ungewöhnliches ist. Alles in allem würde ich das Haus empfehlen sofern man sich einige Küchenutensilien einpackt.

Ein wirkliches wundervolles Feriendomizil mit einer grandiosen Sicht

Wir hatten eine wirklich wundervolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Marzia und Carlo bei unserer Ankunft begrüßt und bekamen eine kurze Einweisung in die Unterkunft. Alles war sehr ordentlich und gemütlich. Die Küche erscheint auf den ersten Blick vielleicht etwas klein, beinhaltet aber alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Wir sind mit vier Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen angereist und konnten ohne Probleme die von uns benötigten Mengen kochen und hatten genügend Platz in der Unterkunft. Lediglich ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden. Mit dem vorhandenen Toaster konnten wir aber problemlos unser Focaccia aufbacken. Des Weiteren gab es noch zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit einer Schlafcouch). Das für uns schönste war allerdings der Blick von der Terrasse über die wunderschöne Landschaft. Für unsere Kinder war der Pool natürlich das schönste an der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist wirklich wunderschön, hat genau die gleiche grandiose Aussicht und ist sehr gepflegt, da er fast täglich von Carlo und Marzia gereinigt wurde. Ein besonderes extra ist, dass der Pool nicht mit einer Chlor- sondern Salzwasserfilteranlage betrieben wird. Wer möchte, kann nach dem Baden gleich unter die direkt am Pool gelegene Dusche gehen. Alles in allem ist es eine wundervolle Unterkunft, die sich vor allem durch die Gemütlichkeit, die traumhafte Sicht und den tollen Pool auszeichnet. Auch die Gastgeber Marzia und Carlo waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde...

Wenn man das schmale Tor und den etwas aufregenden Weg hinab zum Haus geschafft hat, warten eine schöne Unterkunft, ein toller, großer Pool (nur für die Gäste!), eine fantastische Terrasse und ein unglaublicher Ausblick. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (Kommunikation über Google-Translator), alles passt wie angegeben. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein. Wie oben beschrieben, versorgen die Gastgeber täglich ihre Tiere auf dem Anwesen. Dazu gehören neben Pferden auch Hühner - und Hähne. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass diese Hähne mit Beginn der Morgendämmerung (ca. 4 Uhr) angefangen haben zu krähen, so dass wir trotz der Wärme die Fenster schließen mussten. Klimaanlage kostet 10 Euro pro Tag, ist aus unserer Sicht aber trotz Temperaturen um 35 Grad nicht nötig gewesen. Das Anwesen ist wie schon erwähnt ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um viele der toskanischen Attraktionen zu erreichen. Supermärkte, ein großes Einkaufszentrum (Empoli) und Restaurants (Monterappoli) sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Carlo und Marzila verbracht. Bei Anreise wurde extra für uns ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln gekauft, da wir es lieben vor dem Ausflug auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und vom Poolebene ist unbeschreiblich schön! Pool ist sehr groß (ca. 6x12 Meter) und sehr sauber. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Sie haben für uns sogar ein Tisch in einem Restaurant (sehr zu empfehlen) in der Nähe reserviert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und beide Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Danke vielmals für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in fantastischer Umgebung in einem Ferienhaus mit einem herrlichen Pool

Schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Blick (sowohl vom Pool als auch von der Terrasse aus). Die Lage gestattet es, die schönsten Orte der Toskana (Siene, Lucca, Florenz, San Gimignano und viele Meer) sowie die Küste wie auch die Weingüter des Chianti gut zu erreichen. Die freundlichen Vermieter, die sich tagüber um ihre Tiere kümmern sind sehr diskret und sehr hilfsbereit (Vielen Dank nochmal Carlo für die Tomaten !). Der fantastische Pool ist der privaten Nutzung ausschließlich durch die Mieter vorbehalten. Ein gemauerter Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
