Great breakfast sitting on Asian style stools. Staff was civil.

Space was perfect for our group. Only frustrating thing is that wifi did not work well in our room and is best down in the lobby so just be aware if you will be working or having devices that need it. Good location and very clean, well sized rooms. Parking is 3 levels below ground so just fyi in case anyone struggles with claustrophobia etc. Pool swimming must be booked well in advance as it’s small but nice. I’d book when you check in for the time slot you want during your stay.

Lovely hotel that met the needs of a family of four. The location is the key, as it is central to the old town. We used the hotel to explore Strasbourg. The breakfast included was good.

Great location right in the city centre and a 15 minute walk from the train station. Good wifi speed, good air conditioning, and an adequate room size. Nice addition of free water and coffee in the lobby, and carafes to take water back to your room. Overall, a decent stay at this hotel with one major flaw: the bathroom. There was mold everywhere in my bathroom, from the shower to sink! Mold like this doesn’t appear overnight, so this means that cleaning is perpetually not occurring properly. Moreover, the shower water pressure was extremely low. Additionally, the AC only works when the windows are closed. This would be fine if the locking mechanism on my windows was working, but it was broken and so I could not actually securely close the windows. Consequently, the wind would inevitably blow the windows open during the night, the AC would shut off as a result, and I would wake up in the middle of the night sweating and having to get up and re-close the windows and turn the AC back on. Pretty annoying. Good for a couple nights stay, but I wouldn’t stomach staying any longer with such a gross cleanliness standards and as a result I probably won’t be back.
