Pebble Beach I-110 is a First Floor Oceanside with Courtyard - Pool View 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of No Steps at this unit! The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa that sleeps comfortably (linens are not provided but can added for an additional fee). Screened in porch with 1 Table & 4 Chairs is just off the living area. Dining Area. The well-stocked Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed. Full Bath. Central HVAC. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Building I is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center, close to the tennis courts, and only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! This First Floor unit has direct access to the courtyard area amenities from the screened in porch. Community Amenities: • Wireless Internet Access • 2 Outdoor Pools - note: Ocean Pool is closed for the rest of the 2025 season. • Heated Indoor Pool • Kiddie Pool • Outside Showers • Tennis Courts • Fitness Center • Outdoor Grill and Picnic Area • Beach Access Walkway • The Pebble Beach 2,000 Sq.
