Pebble Beach I-110 is a First Floor Oceanside with Courtyard - Pool View 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of No Steps at this unit! The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa that sleeps comfortably (linens are not provided but can added for an additional fee). Screened in porch with 1 Table & 4 Chairs is just off the living area. Dining Area. The well-stocked Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed. Full Bath. Central HVAC. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Building I is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center, close to the tennis courts, and only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! This First Floor unit has direct access to the courtyard area amenities from the screened in porch. Community Amenities: • Wireless Internet Access • 2 Outdoor Pools - note: Ocean Pool is closed for the rest of the 2025 season. • Heated Indoor Pool • Kiddie Pool • Outside Showers • Tennis Courts • Fitness Center • Outdoor Grill and Picnic Area • Beach Access Walkway • The Pebble Beach 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association if you are a registered guest at the community! Note: \-Parking limited to 2 vehicles - 2 parking passes per rental. \-No elevators. \-No golf carts allowed. \-No pets allowed. \-No boats, trailers, or towed items allowed. Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. Note: QSS linens are not provided but can be added for an additional fee. No Smoking. No Pets. Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date.
