Ocean Reef 14-A1 is a First Floor Almost Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex Ocean Reef and features views of the ocean and a private covered outdoor deck with deck furniture! Total Bed Count: 2 Queen Beds and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Linens are NOT provided for Queen Sleeper Sofa). Amenities Include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Interior Washer and Dryer, Covered Deck with Deck Furniture, Outdoor Decks. The Ocean Reef Community is situated on the narrow part of Emerald Isle and offers various community amenities including shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, large swimming pool, covered picnic area by the pool, and community beach access! Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guests MUST stop by the check-in office to pick up gate cards. Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. No Smoking. No Pets. Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
