Enjoy your vacation and make memories at our Second row beach house with Ocean Views from both decks, a refreshing Ocean breeze, private HEATED (March - Oct, as needed) pool and volleyball court! Avoid hour LONG waits getting onto the island June - August by checking in FRIDAY. Home is located off Coast Guard Road so you can avoid ALL the traffic going into Emerald Isle plus it is located at the end of its street, so traffic is minimal. The 3rd floor has 2 Bedrooms (each with King Size Beds) that open up to the covered deck with awesome Beach Views. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached. The one bath also has a door that can be accessed by the 3rd floor living room/bunk bed area (Full over Full). There is a door to this room. The 2nd floor has 2 Bedrooms (one King Size Bed & one Full over Full Bunk Bed), one bath, laundry closet, and an open Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. The 2nd story has a very deep deck with great Ocean Views has a picnic table, swinging bench and is accessed via the LR and DR. The 1st floor (ground floor) has an extra room (one Queen Bed & a twin over twin bunk bed), and a open setting with a Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room with a FOOSBALL TABLE. The LR and DR open up to a cement patio underneath the decks with a BEAN BAG TOSS & access to the Pool & Volleyball Court. Pool electric heat pump won't work below 55 degrees, so November -February the pool is not available. Possibly November if it is unseasonably warm - we would need to chat. Child friendly, Minimum age 24\. Please No Pets, No Smoking INSIDE, No weddings, bachelorette/bachelor parties, prom parties or spring break parties without parent chaperones who stay the entire time. March and April, manager will meet guests with house keys and if it's a high school group with chaperones we may check back. Beds: (3) King + (1) Queen + (2) Full over Full bunks + (1) Twin over twin bunk bed. Baths (4) Practical extras include free WiFi/internet, cable, TVs in all Bedrooms & all 3 Living Rooms (50 inches), one fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill, 2 outside showers (one enclosed, one not enclosed), ample deck furniture for outdoor living & beautiful ocean views. Home rents weekly Friday or Saturday TO Friday or Saturday (June through the 1st weekend in Sept). Friday to Friday helps you avoid major bridge traffic so we encourage this option! Flexible arrival/departure days during the Winter, Spring, and Fall. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom linens provided, as well as, bathroom and kitchen hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, fabric softener, basic spices, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom & a paper towels roll in each kitchen. Linens are delivered the morning you arrive and are taken away the day you leave. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and we are NOT pet friendly. We do follow the regulations for service & emotional support animals. Our linen and maid service are honored to do exceptional work for you. The kids loved the bunk beds. We loved the covered deck and ate outside every night. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having our own pool. The best “stocked kitchen” I’ve ever seen in a rental! Was able to actually meet Valerie, the host, and there aren’t enough wonderful things to say about her! She was so helpful months before our trip, communicating details that made our stay perfect. When we met Valerie it was clear that our comfort was priority to her. The location was perfect with beach a few minutes walk away. The neighbors were friendly and neighborhood felt safe. 10 star rating for Valerie and this wonderful property! It was by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kids had so much fun playing volleyball, cornhole, and swimming. The beach access was a very easy one minute walk. The host is more than gracious and has great commutation. We were a large group (Myself, my dad, my mom, my son, his spouse and their 3 kids, my daughter, her spouse and their 3 kids). The layout of the home is perfect for large groups. Having 2 kitchens was amazing at mealtimes. The outdoor space and volleyball court (sandbox to my grandchildren😉) were amazing and the pool was a great size for the little kids and adults alike. Host responded immediately when we realized grill was out of gas and a new tank was brought and hooked up within 30 minutes. Great access to beach either direction. The best host!!! We had the most amazing week! We lucked out with a last minute cancellation and feel so blessed that we met Valerie and were able to rent her house for the week. The neighborhood is perfect for a golf cart rental and morning walks with a stroller. It’s clean and safe and has a park in walking distance! The house itself was perfect! Amazing ocean views (and you can hear the ocean) - plenty of space inside and outside! Very clean and everything was in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. Valerie was responsive, attentive, personable, accommodating and so kind! It just clean, bright and accommodating. The owner has thought of so much to help make our stay easy and fun. The pool and volleyball court were a hit! This is in part because the owner supplied the balls and pool toys. Her beach chairs were being used at the beach, of course, and along side the volleyball court. Helpful for my 83-year-old mom. The decks were where we were most when not away from our home away from home. The view and sound of the ocean is surprisingly good from being across the street.
