Get Ready to leave your Footprints in the sand! This Oceanfront Duplex with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and 1 Half Bath RENTS AS A SEPARATE HOME DURING "OFF SEASON" ONLY. During In Season, rent the full property Footprints. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can check your email while on vacation. Ground Level: Covered Parking. Level One: Living Room has a 50" Flat Screen TV with covered deck facing ocean. The Kitchen/Dining Room has a table that seats 8\. Also, there is a 1/2 Bath on this Level. Level Two: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with an open deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds. All bedrooms have an ocean view! On the second level, there are 2 Baths. Very pretty inside. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes allowing for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves - see Footprints West for the other Duplex or Footprints for the full property.
