The accommodation offer with 2 bedrooms extends over 2 floors. A guest bedroom with shower is located on the ground floor of the house, along with the high-quality fitted kitchen and the living room with wood-burning stove. The other bedroom and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. The Space: Solid construction, insulated windows with shutters , tiled floors, central heating, central air conditioning, fireplace in living room, sound system in the living room, recessed lighting in the ceiling, high quality kitchen, electric awnings, built-in wardrobes, covered terrace overlooking the pool, balcony with mountain views, automatic irrigation system, salt water pool with outdoor shower, carport, parking, satellite TV(only free "news" channels), Internet, central gas connection without bottles, Important: the whirlpool/Jacuzzi is unfortunately private and cannot be used by the tenants, etc. Bed size: 2 double bed with 1,60m x 2,00m Guest Access: We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. From the outset, communication with Stefanie was efficient and prompt. The villa looks good in the advert and on arrival it was above expectations. Having rented many properties over the years in Spain, I would consider this to be the best. It is very well equipped in every aspect. The gardens are spacious and the swimming pool is also generous in size. During our stay we encountered a problem which was quickly resolved by Stefanie and the owner of the villa highlighting the very good customer care. The villa location has good access to local beaches and the AP7 motorway. There are some restaurants within walking distance but a car is recommended if you wish to explore Denia area further. Overall I have no hesitation recommending this villa. ##### Peter M.
