  • Beautiful typical Spanish villa, very well located in a quiet area, 7 km from DENIA, on a flat plot of 500 m2 completely private, sunny, surrounded by 2 terraces with mature garden and swimming pool. The first floor is made up of a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom (bed 150) with balcony and bathroom. On the ground floor, 1 air-conditioned bedroom, bed 180 with the possibility of separating into 2 beds of 90 with bathroom. Living room with fireplace with an insert (winter) opening onto a sunny covered terrace for pleasant breakfast, kitchen with induction hob, microwave and fridge dishwasher opening onto the terrace and very sunny swimming pool, equipped with garden furniture and beds of swimming pool. Outdoor terrace with large gas plancha, outdoor shower. Swimming pool secured by BETHOVEEN barrier for young children, on request.
