"This hotel was amazing!! From the second I pulled up to the valet, I felt welcomed. Every single staff member that I came in contact with was extraordinarily personable, polite, and accommodating. This was the best experience I've ever had with hotel staff. The view from the front lobby was breathtaking. The grounds were lovely and the views were nice from every angle. There were plenty of areas to sit, relax, and take in the scenery at a safe distance from others. Everything looked great from the pool areas, to the patios, to the common areas, and more. The decor and atmosphere couldn't have been better. Our room was very clean and well designed. The view from our balcony was so beautiful that I could have sat out there all day. The personal touches like seeing my name on the TV screen really made us feel welcomed and special. I don't have a single complaint about this place and I couldn't even suggest improvements that could be made if I tried. "I absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for my little family. It was very well equipped. The only down fall was when we showed up the front door was open & the ac did not work in the king size bedroom. Other then that we LOVED the place.
