The Commodore room was clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy with nice linens. We appreciated the convenience of the small kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, sink, and mini fridge. We had a charming balcony perfect for drinking coffee. We ate our meals at the little dining table that had a lovely view of the lake. The community room had a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, interesting books and a fireplace. There is also an outdoor sauna that is perfect for the winter time. We honestly felt so relaxed and peaceful, we did not want to leave. While we saw other cars, we never heard other people. We said hello to one or two we passed coming or going, but that’s it. It rained the weekend we were there and we loved our room and the views while enjoying the rain. Property was easy to find. Check in was easy. Room was roomy and just right. Bed was a bit soft and in need of replacement. Had a coffee maker and frig which was just the right size. Clean property and rooms. The office/common room had dishes, stove and microwave, etc if you wanted to cook food/meal. Would recommend and will stay there again.
