hot tub smelled like gym socks & was gross + dirty
notified staff it should be closed down & came back down to lobby half hour later to see a family sitting in the un cleaned / un sanitized tub
& if the the cant deal with the tub they should close for night due to health standards
had to ask for a refund then instead of asking if i wanted another night stay the said refund but out by 11am with it being 10:30am i had to rush back to room from work just to pack up
i also had to aproach the front desk 1st at 9am figured the manager would have called 1st thing at 8am but she avoided the issue in the 1st placs with the matter being reported over night i expected them to deal with this alot better
would not recommend staying at super 8 fort sask
