We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. "We had an extremely enjoyable two-night stay at Ella Dream Catcher Resort. The hotel is easily accessible by car or tuk-tuk and is located about 10 minutes from the city center, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to town. The host was incredibly welcoming and always eager to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. He also prepared a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast that we really enjoyed. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, featuring a balcony with a beautiful view over Ella. We also appreciated the mosquito net for the bed. Highly recommended without any hesitation."

"We had a great stay at 98 Acres Resort & Spa. The place is beautiful with a stunning view. The staff were very attentive, and we loved the varied and delicious breakfast. However, considering the price, we were a little disappointed with the room, which was very simple and rather small. The pool could also benefit from being heated"

"Séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel avec une vue à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est incroyablement situé, juste au dessus de la voie de chemin de fer, et à 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale d'Ella (ça grimpe pour revenir par contre). Superbe piscine, au calme et profitant de la vue. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Les plats sont délicieux (parfois épicés, on est au Sri Lanka), ils servent aussi des cocktails, des lassi etc, et on a eu la chance d'inaugurer le stand de glaces ! Et le top du top : le personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable, un merci tout spécial à Tushara pour son accueil."
