I think paying over £300 per night for a family apartment and it not having any children’s TV channels is poor, it was so hot and one of the fans was not working, we reported to the hotel and was told they don’t have any spare fans making the bedroom very uncomfortable, also towels changed and the old ones not removed!! A lot of money for poor service, not value for money

Awful experience at this hotel- no working aircon in the room we were placed in. Staff gave us a dust filled fan to use. Uncomfortable bed and poorly maintained rooms. I will never stay at a holiday inn again.
