Nestled at the end of a private road, this home provides the perfect blend of seclusion and luxury for a truly relaxing getaway.

Designed for comfort and convenience, Sunset Valley features single-level living with four spacious bedroom suites. Two suites offer king beds, one of which includes a queen fold-out sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The remaining two suites each feature a cozy queen bed, ensuring restful nights for all guests.

The open-concept living area flows into a separate TV room with a plush sectional and direct deck access—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploring. The attached garage has been transformed into an entertainment hub, complete with a poker/bumper pool table, foosball, board games, desks for remote work or school, and a private fitness station.

Step outside to enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery from every angle. The expansive deck features a fireplace, a mounted TV, and plenty of comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Dine al fresco on the deck or on the patio below, where you'll also find a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall. The beautifully designed fire pit sits within the home's expansive yard, providing ample space for guests to gather, play, and take in the fresh mountain air while roasting marshmallows under a star-filled sky.

Please note, that Owners of the Eagles Nest Community will have priority seating at this restaurant so please be aware of this ahead of your arrival to the venue.

Sunset View Lodge is equipped with a whole-home back up generator so guests will enjoy continuous power in the event of an outage, ensuring a comfortable worry free stay!

Please note, there are two cameras, one on the front porch viewing the front entrance, and one on the right side garage, capturing the driveway.
