"Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock. There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. "

"An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF. "My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. Complimentary daily breakfast and breakfast dishes were delicious. There is a restaurant at the top of the building. They provided the menu in each room, which you simply phone to order dishes. "It's a very clean property, spacious rooms with huge windows with views. The staffs are very polite and respectful. The food is also very tasty and that too at a reasonable rate. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property."

"We were unable to stay at this property due to several cleanliness issues. There were cockroaches everywhere, the bed sheets were worn out, and we found human hair all over them. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, they questioned the housekeeper, but no action was taken.
