Bright apartment with sea view
- It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful sea view on the heights of Calafell, a bourgeois and quiet residential area quite far from the frenzy of Calafell Playa but easily accessible 15 min walk
This apartment has three double bedrooms, two of which have a beautiful sea view.
The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and well equipped
The living room is cozy and comfortable with a double sofa that can be used as a 4th bed
You will enjoy a beautiful sea view with a large sunny balcony and a mountain view at the back of the apartment on the kitchen side with a small balcony of 5 square meters where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets and admire the mountains in the background
Bourgeois neighborhood 10 min walk from the sea, the area is quiet and it is possible to park for free in front of the building It is also a safe area
At 50 meters there is the tennis club del Romani, 10 min walk from the beach and 15 min walk from Calafell Playa where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes & supermarkets
