Very nice hotel but no Rideshare available.

Hotel was very nice. Front desk was always helpful. The only downside for us was no Rideshare available (Uber or Lyft) which turned out to be very expensive using the taxi service.

It was just okay. The room was spacious, but parking was a problem. Staff were not well informed about the area or major local events(such as the El Vendrell Three Kings Day celebrations). They seemed more concerned with what was on their phones than what was going on with their customers.

Se esperaba mƔs de un hotel que dice tener 4 estrellas. Desayuno con pocas opciones, falta de cubiertos y tazas. Poco personal para atender y limpiar mesas. AdemƔs la vƔlvula del retrete estaba rota y salƭa agua sin cesar. Nos dieron un cubo para que nos apaƱƔramos. Local feo y SIN estacionamiento. Tuvimos que aparcar lejos, en un descampado polvoriento.

Aunque las instalaciones eran antiguas el personal ha sido amable. Hay dos supermercados cerca, una gasolinera i hay parking alrededor del hotel. El desayuno tipo bufƩ tiene de todo.
