"Wasn't told about WI-FI at check nor that Lidl was3 min walk not 10 nor anytthing about breakfast nor about reminding to reserve for the return shuttle to the airport, nor about the 2 minutes walk to the corner bar. When I did ask about USB learned it's on the back of the TV. Yes I would stay again since it's close and shuttle is included."

"The staff are just wonderful. They are kind and helpful. Even when things are simply chaotic, because, for example, there is only one small van as a shuttle to and from the airport, the driver tried to do his best to please all the clients, who were no easy and not nice, as they had been stranded by the airline (not the hotel's fault at all). Kuddos to his patience and helpfulness. The hotel is an ok layover. It is clean and comfortable, with no amenities in the room. As this is an airport hotel, I would recommend a small electric teapot to allow the guest to make a tea or coffee, when arriving very late with no bar or eating options. "

"Property was great. Area is not the best but the hotel itself is nice and felt safe. No food walking distance away. If you are wanting to explore in Madrid, the hotel is a good 20-25 min drive. About 10 min drive from airport. Staff was nice and let us keep our bags there after checking out. Rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfy. Would stay here again if needing a place by airport. Wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting to go downtown Madrid. "

"My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, which made things convenient. That said, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience better. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a few added amenities, it could be even more comfortable."
