The room is spartan, but clean. The kitchen would be difficult to cook a meal in as it's very small and there is the bare minimum cooking equipment, but for making a little breakfast and a mid day snack is totally adequate. You really can't beat the location. Especially if you're into wind sports as door is at most 50m to the water! The hot tub is more of a warm tub, but for Baja that's actually better than average (most a cold in the winter,). The kayaks were wonderful to have access to, but be forewarned that at least two of them are leaky, so don't get too far from shore me.

#### It was awesome.

You can kite out of your place, there is a kite school next to the house and a restaurant. You can paddleboard with Mobula rays. It is quiet at night and the stars suberb. The sunrises were amazing. Reina was amazing. Thank you for an amazing vacation. See you next year.

#### Incredible property and great stay

We had an amazing experience. The place is incredible and right on the beach. The sunrise was beautiful. Really good wifi and the house had everything we needed. Jesus was a great host, quick and easy to work with. Great for kiting. We’d love to stay here again
