The room was outdated, smelling old, but clean. They are planning a remodel later this year. Restaurants, bars, pools and grounds were excellent! Hampton By Hilton Guanacaste Airport
This is a new hotel near the airport in Liberia. Very clean, the AC is good, as was the breakfast buffet; they served traditional Costa Rican dishes. Grace at the reception desk was very helpful and smiled the entire time during our check in.

Hermosa Paradise
Best small pool ever met in motels. Kitchen is equipted not bad, but not enough plates and chef knifes, no bottles opener. Parking is convenient. Overall good place, grocery store is beside.

Bahia Pez Vela Resort
Beautiful view and very nice accommodations, a bit remote and quiet if you have kids, it’s difficult to get around the hilly resort if you are high up. Will need a car or golf cart.
