El Invi Vacation Packages

Our stay was a mixed experience. Check-in took over an hour. I understand large families ahead of us had their own issues, but there should have been another employee handling those situations while regular check-in continued. After checking in, nobody showed us where our room was, so we had to carry our luggage around and ask employees for directions. Our room was huge and clean, but it was a connecting room and the family next door had children making noise until around 1 AM. The pools were nice, but the resort needs maintenance. The main swim-up bar was closed, one pool had plastic cups everywhere and looked dirty, and some chairs were broken. The buffet food was good with different options each day, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The resort bars were also good. The beach had few chairs and vendors constantly approached us, so we didn’t spend much time there. We did enjoy the foam party at the neighboring resort. A major issue was the shuttle driver taking us to a pool at another resort that turned out to be VIP-only. We were allowed to enter and even get in the pool before being told to leave. We understand restricted areas, but nobody warned us beforehand, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. The Brazilian steakhouse was excellent—10/10! At checkout, we learned we had to return the blue towels/towel cards or pay $20. This wasn’t clearly explained at check-in, so we had to return to our room. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend/return.

This was my first experience going to a resort and it was very disappointing from the beginning. As soon as we arrived there was a long line in the lobby for checking in and it was very very hot. 2nd) There is no wifi, if you want wifi you need to pay for it. They only offer 1 hr of free wifi. 3rd) There is nothing to watch on TV, all the channels were static, 4th) and the worse, the food was terrible. Even at restaurants they don't have the food that is on the menu, and 5th) in order to go to other parts of the resort you need to take a small bus which is very uncomfortable when you are traveling with bags and kids. I do not recommend this resort at all. Please don't waste your money.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

The food was good. The customer service was also good, and the environment with fun activities made things even better
