Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

We stayed here for a few days in June 2026. The staff were so friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on key sights and restaurants. They all spoke English and were receptive to our limited Spanish LOL. The location was great! Very near Setas de Sevilla and the cathedral, we were so happy to be able to walk everywhere. They had a very colorful breakfast room and a happy hour and little bar in the lobby where we tried their signature drink of the day! The room was clean. A/C was good, coffee and water in the room, cleaning staff were super nice. Would definitely recommend!! Seville turned out to be one of our most favorite stops in Spain!
